Dear Pilgrims of the Mind,
Welcome to My Cyber Temple, a sacred space for reflection, peace, and healing. This week’s sermon is simple in words, yet profound in truth: “You must be happy now.”
Not tomorrow. Not when your plans succeed. Not when everything is perfect. Now.
This is not just a comforting phrase—it is a spiritual law. A law of presence, of mindfulness, and of reclaiming your life from the illusion of “someday.”

1. The Past Is Memory, the Future Is Imagination
The past is gone. It is a shadow that cannot be grasped. The future has not arrived. It is a dream that has yet to take form.
Yet, how much of your heart is trapped in regret, and how much of your energy is spent chasing something that does not yet exist?
Happiness cannot be found in yesterday’s stories or tomorrow’s hopes.
It can only be experienced in this breath, this moment, right now.
2. Joy Is a Choice, Not a Result
Many believe happiness is something we earn: after we succeed, after we find love, after we are “enough.” But happiness is not a destination—it is a decision.
You do not need to be perfect to feel joy. You only need to allow yourself to feel it now.
Close your eyes.
Feel the breath entering your body.
Hear the quiet of this moment.
This is life. And this is enough to smile.
3. The Present is Sacred
The present moment is where all transformation happens. Healing, peace, creativity, and love are all born in the now.
To live in the present is not to abandon goals or dreams, but to root yourself in the only place they can truly grow: the soil of this moment.
Closing Reflection
Say gently to yourself:
"I release the weight of the past."
"I surrender the pressure of the future."
"I choose to be happy now, in this breath, in this life."
And so it is.
May peace walk with you this week.
May joy greet you in each breath.
And may your soul remember:
Now is the only time you truly live.
