A Prayer for Those Suffering from War

Dear Seekers of Peace,
This week, let us pause and turn our hearts toward those who suffer under the shadow of war.

In distant lands and in places we may never walk, children cry, families are torn apart, and lives are shattered not by nature—but by the violence of human hands and hearts.
Let us not look away.
Let us not become numb.
Instead, let us awaken our compassion.
When one soul bleeds, the whole universe trembles.
We are not separate from the pain of others. Their sorrow is our sorrow. Their cries are echoes within the great silence of the soul.
Close your eyes.
Breathe slowly.
With each breath, send your thoughts of healing and peace to those living in fear.
May their hearts find rest.
May their bodies be protected.
May their spirits remain unbroken.
Let us also look inward.
The seeds of war—anger, greed, fear—exist within each of us.
If we wish for peace in the world, we must first create peace in ourselves.
Speak gently. Act with kindness. Resist the pull of hatred and division. This is your sacred responsibility.
May this week be one of quiet reflection and active compassion.
Let your practice not be only for yourself, but for all beings—seen and unseen, near and far.
May peace begin with you.And may your peace ripple out into the world.
In stillness and solidarity,
Master Manuang Gold
