A Prayer for the Lowest Among Us

In the quiet corners of the world—where voices are unheard, where suffering is hidden in plain sight—there are souls who dwell in the lowest places of society. Often ignored, often forgotten. And yet, in the eyes of the cosmos, they are no less than stars.

A Prayer
A Prayer for the Lowest Among Us

Each person you meet—no matter their status, wealth, or recognition—is a universe unto themselves.

A walking miracle of breath and being. A sacred story still unfolding.

To diminish even one soul is to diminish the vastness of life itself.

Let us remember: To look down on others is to look away from the truth.

And when we cause harm, whether through words, actions, or neglect, the karma we sow will one day return to us—not as punishment, but as a reflection of the imbalance we've created.

This is why we must always hold the lowest in our prayers.

Not out of pity—but out of reverence. Not to feel superior but to reconnect with the humility that makes us human.

Let our hands be open to serve,

Let our hearts be soft enough to break for others,

And let our spirits rise only by lifting others with us.

Because when we pray for the lowest, we touch the highest.
